“Louise” YunJu Chen is a Taiwanese cinematographer with 14 years of experience across narrative, experimental, and documentary filmmaking, as well as streaming TV shows such as Netflix. After years working as a 1st AC, she transitioned into Director of Photography in 2019, bringing with her a strong technical foundation. Her work has screened at festivals including the Golden Harvest Awards and the San Diego Independent Filmmaker’s Festival.

Louise graduated with an MFA in Cinematography from the American Film Institute (AFI), where she worked across both digital and 35mm formats. Driven by a belief that cinematography should serve both story and social consciousness, She is passionate about crafting images that amplify underrepresented voices and resonate emotionally beyond the frame.

陳韻如是一位來自台灣的電影攝影師，擁有14年橫跨劇情片、實驗電影、紀錄片，以及 Netflix 等串流影集製作的經驗。擔任多年攝影大助，她於2019年轉型為攝影指導，並將紮實的技術基礎帶入影像創作之中。她參與攝影的作品曾入選包括Golden Harvest Awards（金穗獎）及San Diego Independent Filmmaker's Festival等影展。

近期畢業於American Film Institute (AFI) 美國電影學院攝影藝術碩士(MFA)，期間同時使用數位與35毫米底片格式進行拍攝創作。她相信攝影不僅應服務於故事本身，也應承載對社會的關懷與反思，因此致力於透過影像放大弱勢與少數族群的聲音，創造能夠超越畫面、引發情感共鳴的作品。

成長過程中深受動畫作品與東亞電影文化的影響，潛移默化地塑造了她對情感、節奏以及人際連結的感知與理解，也成為她影像創作語言的重要養分。
